Wrench-related folding: A case study of Bohai Sea basin,China

Wrench motion is relatively common in basins but often goes undetected because of its subtle structural imprint. Even so wrench-related folding is of significance in petroleum exploration and development. Based on the Riedel shear nomenclature, we apply the model of wrench-related folding to deformation in the Bohai sea basin. The folding related to R-shears, T-tensional structural systems (T-systems) and C-compressive structural systems (C-systems) in a Riedel shear model are discussed. The R-system related folding results from differential movements between the two sides of fault blocks, in map view the fold is oriented (90°-φ/2) (in the initial deformation stage) or more than (90°-φ/2) from the principle displacement zone (PDZ), where φ is the angle of internal friction. The T-system related folding is related to the rollover of the hanging wall, and in map view the fold is initiated at 45° from the PDZ in the initial deformation stage. The C-system related folding is resulted from the compression induced by a wrench action, in map view the fold was oriented 45° from initial deformation in the PDZ. Bohai Sea basin fold orientations fit our models, and the wrench-related folds play important roles in oil and gas accumulation.  相似文献

We present an automatic algorithm to detect, characterize, and classify coronal mass ejections (CMEs) in Large Angle Spectrometric Coronagraph (LASCO) C2 and C3 images. The algorithm includes three steps: (1) production running difference images of LASCO C2 and C3; (2) characterization of properties of CMEs such as intensity, height, angular width of span, and speed, and (3) classification of strong, median, and weak CMEs on the basis of CME characterization. In this work, image enhancement, segmentation, and morphological methods are used to detect and characterize CME regions. In addition, Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers are incorporated with the CME properties to distinguish strong CMEs from other weak CMEs. The real-time CME detection and classification results are recorded in a database to be available to the public. Comparing the two available CME catalogs, SOHO/LASCO and CACTus CME catalogs, we have achieved accurate and fast detection of strong CMEs and most of weak CMEs.  相似文献

The palaeoproterozoic extensional structure in the east of Liaoning Province underwent sub - bedding ductile shear flowing deformation with metamorphism and magmatic emplacement. The reversal structure following the processes constructed the present framework of palaeoproterozoic orogenic belt. As a result of the ductile shearing along the layers, the gold in the Liaohe group was activated, migrated upward to the interface between the Dashiqiao rock formation, which was lower green schist facies and the Gaixian rock formation, so the gold deposit was formed in the space of brittle - ductile shear zone as ductile - shear - zone - typed stratabound gold deposit.  相似文献

Modern industry in northeast China started from light industry. From the end of 19th century to 1931 was the phase of initial development of light industry in northeast China. During this period, the development of light industry gave priority to grain processing industry. After occupying northeast China, Japanese vigorously developed heavy industry to meet the needs of munitions and paid more attention to raw materials and semi-finished articles industry for the purpose of the war. Light industry was impeded and developed slowly. After the founding of New China, large-scale economic construction took place in northeast and heavy industry received prior investment and equipment. Northeast region became the first heavy industry base through several five-year plans, the development of light industry made giant strides. 基于MOD16的呼伦贝尔蒸散量变化分析

利用2001—2014年MOD16数据和气象站点资料,分析呼伦贝尔市ET、PET的时空变化特征。研究表明,呼伦贝尔市的年平均ET为310.0 mm,呈林区农区牧区分布,年平均倾向率为15.3 mm/10 a。年平均PET为1 096.0 mm,呈农区、牧区两侧向林区递减分布,年平均倾向率为-20.7 mm/10 a。牧区西部ET显著增加(P0.05)、PET显著减小(P0.05),其他地区ET、PET变化不显著。ET与PET之差在5—6月最高,该时段为呼伦贝尔市缺水最为严重的月份。结合气象因子分析,全年的PET均会受到气温的影响,而只有冬季的ET会受到气温影响,植被生长季里ET和PET都会受到相对湿度和降水的影响,生长季的日照长度也会对PET产生影响,但10 m风速与ET和PET的相关性较差。  相似文献

随着矿井深部煤炭的开采,井下水文地质条件越来越复杂,矿井瞬变电磁探测已成为有效解决该问题的一个重要手段.根据电磁感应一次场及二次场的感应原理,分析了瞬变电磁探测过程;并从晚期电阻率计算、异常干扰校正、基于Maxwell方程组推导的时深转换、三维距离加权反比插值运算、球坐标系的三维数据提取方面阐述了矿井三维瞬变电磁技术;运用该技术在山西焦煤集团东曲矿进行井下水仓的探测对比实验,结果表明:该技术不仅可以探测含水异常体位置,还对异常体形态有较好的反映.  相似文献
